Elan GMK Support

Elan GMK offers all customers a high level of technical support by email, phone or online.
Those with a maintenance contract are also eligible for the latest software updates.

Elan GMK Support can be accessed as follows:

  • support.elan-gmk.com: This is the new Elan GMK support desk which offers support for all Elan GMK current products. To access the support customers are required to raise a ticket providing details of their query.
  • licensing.elan-gmk.com: This portal enables customers to activate licenses and manage license details. The site is accessed by logging in with customer access credentials.
  • portal.elan-gmk.com: Here, customers can access support for Capture and Converter legacy  products. A customer login is required.
