Processing Images
| 1. | To process images in PPP, do one of the following:
|
| · | From the Images menu, select Run PPP.
|
| · | From the toolbar, click Run PPP .
|
| 3. | From the File menu, select New Job.
|
| 4. | Go to the Job Setup tab.
|
| 5. | Click the Current Folder  to the right of the Look In field.
|
| 6. | The Browse dialog box appears.
|
| 7. | Locate and select the first image subdirectory to be processed.
|
| 9. | Press the Shift key while you use the mouse to select the images to be processed in the Look In pane.
|
| 11. | Step through the Page Setup, Margin Setup, Cleanup, and Resize tabs.
|
| 12. | Verify the correct settings have been selected.
|
| 13. | From the Job menu, select Process Images.
|
| 14. | In the Save As dialog box, specify a name and location for the PPP job.
|
| 15. | Click Save. The images are processed.
|
| 16. | The Report of Processing dialog box opens.
|
| 18. | For each image in the Exception List window, double-click on the image, correct the problem, and click Reprocess Now. Repeat this process until all of the files have been cleared from the exception list.

| 19. | Close the Exception List window.
|
| 20. | Close the Good Files List window.
|
| 21. | Repeat the previous steps for each job image subdirectory.
|
| 22. | In the File menu, select Exit.
|
