Adding Text Strings to Tables of Content, Lists or Indices
Adding Text Strings
To add a text string to a table of contents, list of illustrations, list of figures, list of tables, list of pages or index. In the TOC Builder window, do one of the following:
| 1. | To add a text string to a single list item, highlight the item.
|
| 2. | To add the same text string to all list items, go to the next step.
|
| 3. | From the Edit menu select Add String.
|
| 4. | In the Add Prefix String dialog box, make the following selections as required:
