Adding Jobs to PDF Batch Conversion

To add a job to the PDF batch conversion list do one of the following:
From the Organize menu, select Convert to PDF.
From the toolbar, click Convert to PDF
.
In the Conversion 2 PDF dialog box, click Add.
In the Open dialog box, locate and select the job.
Click Open.
In the Conversion 2 PDF dialog box, click Close.
