|
There are six different view tabs to give you different ways to inspect the alignment of your selected pages:
| 1. | Page View |
| 2. | Book View |
| 3. | Sheet View |
| 4. | Proof View |
| 5. | PDF View |
| 6. | Investigation |
Tip: On all view tabs you have tools to help you view the document images. If you haven't reviewed these helpful tools already, we recommend that you do before you begin examining document images in the various views.
Page View
This tab displays the selected page alone from the selected process tab (Input, Align, Output & Imposition).

Page View
Book View
This tab displays the selected page with its verso-recto pair. This gives you the perspective of having the publication open, viewing both pages together.

Book View with Page 6 Selected, displays both page 6 and Page 7.
Sheet View
This double-paned view shows you the selected document image in the before and after states.
Proof View
This view allows you to see front and back text on top of each other in separate colors so you can clearly see how the margins align. In addition, when working with the aligned document images (from the Aligned tab), you can manually move the subimage and margins of each page.

Proof View
| Visible | Check this box to view or hide an element (subimage or guide). |
| Active | Because the elements are layered (on top of each other), you need to indicate to Proofer which element you are moving. Do this by checking the Active box beside the desired element. Then you can click and drag the subimage with your mouse or type the movement distance in the fields to the right. |
| Movement | The movement fields show how much you have moved a subimage. In addition to you can type directly in these fields to move the subimage or use the up down arrows to change the movement value. |
| Apply | The changes that you make are not applied to the TIF image file until you click the Apply button. |
| Apply to all | You can apply the changes you make here to all the even or odd pages by clicking this button. |
PDF View
Click on the PDF View tab to see the publication in PDF format. It will display the currently selected page, and you can move from page to page by clicking on the desire page in the job tree.

PDF View
Investigation
This tab shows your original document image in the left panel and the modified one on the right along with guides that you can move. You can zoom in on the image using the plus and minus keys on the number pad of your keyboard.
