Releasing the Job
Once your process is complete, you may want to archive your files for future use and backup purposes. Proofer makes this easy with the Job Release command.
| 1. | Click on the Job Release button. Proofer will present the Job release window. Select the Archive tab. |

| 2. | Check all the boxes for the files and jobs you would like archived: |
| c. | Proofer job file - this is where your settings are kept. |
Notice that Proofer has created a "ProoferRelease" directory with the name of your current job directory as a sub-directory.
If you would like your files saved elsewhere, click on the browse buttons to indicate specific file paths or a different archive directory.
| 3. | Check the box for Clear job directory if you want all these files permanently deleted from your current job. |
| 4. | Click Archive. Proofer will then save and delete files according to your instructions. |
