Job Parameters
| Job parameters determine the behavior of the batch processor. To view or change job parameters, click the Job Parameters tab at the bottom of the window. Figure 6-8 is a screen shot of the Job Parameters subpage.

| The job parameters are the following:

| · | Save to different directory
|
| This parameter specifies the output directory. If the check box is unchecked, the output images will be saved to the same directory location as the input images. If the check box is checked, you can specify the path for the output images. Click the Current Folder icon ( ) to browse for a directory. Click the Up One Level icon ( ) to go up one level to the parent directory. Note that this option is only available if the Absolute Naming Convention option is checked on the Network Parameters page.

| · | New Raster file extension
|
| This parameter specifies the output raster file extension. If the check box is unchecked, the output images will have an extension of TIF. If the check box is checked, you can specify a new extension for the output images.

| · | If same filename already exists
|
| Determines whether the batch processor should overwrite an existing image file. You can choose between Report and Overwrite. In Report mode, if the output image already exists, PPP will report an exception due to file name conflict. In Overwrite mode, if the output image already exists, it will be overwritten without any warning.

| · | Raster output (grayscale, color)
|
| This specifies the file format to use when output files are generated.

| If this option is checked, PPP will generate an Adobe Acrobat® PDF output as well as the TIFF output image. If the check box is unchecked, PPP will only generate a TIFF output file.
