| Sometimes you see too many files in the File Browsing List or a specific image file is missing. In both cases, change the file type in the Files of type combo box located below the File Browsing List. By clicking on the combo box, you can select a different file extension from the drop-drown list.

| PPP supports the following file types:

| · | BMP: Windows and OS/2 bitmap, uncompressed and RLE-8 compression formats (*.BMP).

| · | CALS: Computer-Aided Acquisition and Logistics format (*.CAL).
|
| · | CLP: Microsoft Clipboard bitmap (*.CLP).
|
| · | DIB: Windows Device Independent Bitmap (*.DIB).
|
| · | EDMICS: U.S. Navy Joint Engineering Data Management Information and Control System format (*.C4).
|
| · | EPS: Encapsulated PostScript file (*.EPS).
|
| · | FXS: WinFax Fax (*.FXS).
|
| · | GIF: Graphics Interchange Format (*.GIF).
|
| · | JPEG: Joint Photographic Expert Group format (*.JPG).
|
| · | MAC: MacPaint image format (*.MAC).
|
| · | MSP: Microsoft Paint (*.MSP).
|
| · | PCX: Z-Soft Paintbrush (*.PCX).
|
| · | PNG: Portable Networks Graphic (*.PNG).
|
| · | RLE: Windows RLE-8 (*.RLE).
|
| · | TGA: Truevision Targa file (*.TGA).

| · | TIFF: Tagged Image File Format (*.TIF). TIFF G3, G4, Huffman, uncompressed, Packed Bits compression formats supported. Intel and the Motorola based formats are supported.

| · | XBM: IBM X Windows format (*.XBM).
|
| · | XWD: X Constium X Windows format (*.XWD).
|
| We suggest that you use the TIFF file format. PPP can only process the first page of multi page TIFF files. All pages of a multi page TIFF can be processed if it is broken down into individual pages.
