Exception List
| The Exception List displays the exceptions. It consists of three parts. On the left is a small icon which helps to identify the error type at a glance. On the right is a very small preview of the input image. Between them is the file name and the description of the error.

| If you right-click the Exception List, a popup menu will appear with the following options:
|
| · | View Image: View the input or output image with the built-in image viewer, depending on which tab in the mini overview is selected.

| · | Edit Image: Edit the input or output image with the built-in editor, depending on which tab in the mini overview is selected.
| |
| · | Edit Image With PixEdit: Edit the selected image with PixEdit.
| |
| · | Investigate: Investigate the input and output image including the margins and subimage boundaries.
| |
| · | Delete: Delete the selected exception.
| |
| · | Re-process Now: Reprocess the selected image immediately.
| |
| · | Resubmit All to Batch: Send all exceptions to the Selected File List for reprocessing.
| |
| · | Send to Good Files List: Move selected file to good file list.
| |
| · | Send All to Good Files List: Move all exceptions to the Good Files List.
| |
| · | Convert to PDF: Convert selected exception to PDF.
| |
| · | Convert All to Multipage PDF: Convert all exceptions to a multi-page PDF file.

| · | Make the Page Blank: Clears the page.
| |
| · | Thumbnail Display: View thumbnails for input or output images, depending on which tab in the mini overview is selected.

| · | Print Output Images: Print all of the output images in the Exception List.

| If the Input Overview tab is selected on the mini overview display, the view and edit commands will apply to the input image. Select the Output Overview tab to view or edit the output image created by PPP.
