Document Actions
Provides ways to attach record-specific information to a document. Enables automatic bookmark creation in PDF files. Enables document segmentation. The indexer works within a job, defined by the ELAN Job Tree. It is integrated with the Tree View, where index fields can be set up and values can be attached to files or hierarchy nodes. The population of index fields can be manual, or assisted by barcode recognition and automated forms identification. OCR scraping of image files is also supported.

  5. Extract data from a raster image with the OCR scraping tool
  6. Integrated spell checker with custom dictionary
  7. Set up links between hierarchy levels and index fields
  8. Transfer index fields to PDF files as metadata
  9. Export index fields as text file
