Identifies scanned images by comparing the fingerprint of the current image to a library of fingerprints. Useful for identifying forms or documents which are regularly repeated in a business process.
The module includes a setup program which trains the recognition engine to create a forms library.
- The learning module will generate recognition fingerprints of form samples to be recognized
- Set confidence level recognition threshold
- Compares the fingerprint of the current image to the fingerprints in the library
- Identified forms can create a new hierarchy or a list item value
- Failed forms detection will be flagged as error
- Perform batch operations (detection) on several jobs
