After stopping the folder watch process, there is quick and convenient way to validate your PDF output: right after the watch conversion is finished (stopped), a PDF conversion log will be displayed. This is a clickable list where you can view the generated PDF files with the default PDF viewer application of your operating system.

To open the Log Browser, choose File | View Log, or click on the View Log button:
