Right under the File Browser is the Selection List, where you add your files and directories to be processed (in Batch Mode), or your watch folders (in Watch Mode). To add a file or directory to the Selection List, just drag and drop it from the File Browser to the Selection List underneath, or use the Add button.

Once items are added to the Selection List, you can double click them to see their properties. Each item has several options, and in Watch Mode, all configuration options belong to the selected directories. Optionally, you can click the Properties button to see the properties for an item.

To remove an item from the Selection List, click the Delete button, or click Clear to remove all items at once. You will be asked to confirm the deletion. Optionally, you can drag and drop items from the Selection List to the waste basket icon.
