Conversion Features
ELAN Converter™ is high-speed professional software designed to convert
raster image files to PDF and other raster file formats. The Converter
offers different operating modes and supports encapsulated image and
searchable text subformats. Multi-page TIFF, DCX, PNG, JPG and PDF
files are also supported. Merging converted files is supported either
by directory name or a common prefix method.
Operating Modes
The conversion process can be tailored to production environments.
The flexibility of the different operating modes gives the user the
ultimate in headache-free flexibility for converting thousands of files.
- Watched Directory Mode:
Set up any number of
directories with custom parameters for conversion. Files placed in any
directories (or sub-directories) will be converted to PDF format.
- Command Line Mode
Used
for integrating ELAN Converter™ with other applications. Unix-like
command line parameters give you wide flexibility for your conversion
projects.
- Batch Mode
Add any number of files to
the file selection window and all files are converted to PDF or other
file formats in an instant. Sophisticated single page to multipage
operations are also provided.
