ELAN Capture™

The ELAN Capture™ software products are used in document imaging environments to capture content, structure, metadata and images used in business processes and databases.
ELAN Capture Download

There are three versions of ELAN Capture that you can download right now from this portal site. The Pro Demo is the easiest to download, but has some limitations. The Pro Full Evaluation requires a release code and has a time limit. The Basic version also requires registration, but you might qualify for a Free License. Please make your choice!

Pro Demo:

Download the demo version of ELAN Capture Pro software. You will be able to use all the functionality, including scanning, barcode recognition, image processing and image editing, indexing, outlining and bookmark generation, OCR and PDF conversion and CD-ROM/DVD publishing.

Demo Limitation: Watermark on the output pages, 30 day timeout.

Pro Full Evaluation:

Download the full version of ELAN Capture Pro software.

Evaluation Limitation:

15 day timeout.


Software registration:

After downloading the software, you will need to install it. When you first run the software, it will ask for and unlock code. Please send us an email with your registration information  and we will email you a release code for a limited time usage. There is no other limitation on the usage of the software other then the time limit.

Web-based training

Please schedule a web-based training to show you the usage of the software.

Basic Full Version:

Download the full version of ELAN Capture Basic software.


Software registration:

After downloading the software, you will need to install it. When you first run the software, it will ask for and unlock code. Please send us an email with your registration information  and we will email you a release code. You will either receive a permanent license (see Free Usage) or a time-limited code for For-profit usage. There is no other limitation on the usage of the software other then these limitations.


Limitation: None, see License Agreement for terms of Free Usage.
