Open PDF with Acrobat

Once you have converted a job to PDF, you may want to view it within Acrobat to verify that your bookmarks have been created as you intended. ELAN Capture can quickly show you the PDF files you have saved to your job folder.
| 1. | Click on the PDF icon.  |

| 2. | Click on the PDF file you wish to see and click on the Open Document button. |
Your selected PDF file will open within Acrobat for you to review.
Troubleshooting tip: If you find that the bookmarks have not been created as you intended, return to the Convert to PDF dialog and check the Conversion Type and Hierarchy Split Level settings.
| 3. | When you have finished reviewing your PDF files, click the Close button to close the dialog and return to the main window. |
