Your settings can be made permanent by clicking on the "Set default"
button. These settings will be saved into file name "DefaultSettings.xml" that is located under your "Document and Settings" (ELAN/ELAN Capture) location. If this step is performed, your next new ELAN Capture will use the same settings.
It also possible to save and load the conversion settings using the "Save" and "Load" buttons. These are industry-standard XML files that can also be modified externally to ELAN Capture.
Job List
It is possible to process several conversion jobs that will be processed one after the other one. This is useful in situations where large number of files have to be processed with time consuming OCR conversions. You can select several jobs that have previously been set properly, saved and now added to the job list. By default your current job is selected; however, you can include other jobs by clicking on the Add button
in the bottom left corner of the Conversion window. You will see a browse window where you will need to find the *.org file for the corresponding job.
Likewise you can remove a job by selecting the job and clicking the
button.
