Open the application and load (or create) a template. ELAN Capture ships with a few barcode templates and also PDF files generated based on these templates.
The main barcode printer interface.
The main application is designed to quickly open a template and print one or more barcode separator sheets. A good practice is to generate a PDF file by writing to a PDF printer (Adobe Acrobat) for re-use of the same file.
The File Menu
Load:
Loads an existing template file. The template can be attached to a database or can operate without one.
Design:
Opens the Barcode Printer Template Designer. After finishing the design, tha template will be associated with the current view.
Print:
Gives assess to the standard Windows system printers.
Data:
Opens the the Barcode Printer Database with the database screen.
Create data Table:
Creates a new table and erases the existing data values.
Page Navigation.
If the template in use is attached to a database, the page navigation toolbar is active and you can display the barcode values presented in the database.
