Michael Jahn joins ELAN GMK

SIMI VALLEY, CA. - December 1, 2005 – ELAN GMK, the global authority on imaging, printing and digital document delivery solution, today announced the hire of recognized PDF Evangelist and digital workflow expert Michael Jahn as Senior Sales and Marketing Executive.

Jahn will serve as the project manager for the Authorized ELAN Professional Proofer program, including but not limited to managing the worldwide distribution as Xerox Business Partner for the short run book publishing market. Jahn will develop white papers and training programs, as well as be a spokesperson and educator about Paper to PDF and PDF Conversion technologies and solutions.

Prior to ELAN GMK, Jahn held the title of Certified PDF Evangelist at Enfocus Software, where he worked in cross-media publishing, creating smart documents that work for both the Internet and publishing. Prior to that, he served as a consultant to AGFA, working closely with its engineering and marketing divisions and other OEM and ISV partners to develop a PDF workflow system called Agfa Apogee.
